I’m so excited to share Emily and Alex’s wedding day at Promise Garden. I still vividly remember capturing their love during their desert engagement session, and now we have come full circle. This wedding was a beautiful blend of class and romance. You’ll definitely want to read on to see how they found themselves back at the very spot where their love story first unfolded. THE SHORT VERSION OF EMILY AND ALEX’S HISTORY
Just in case you missed Emily and Alex’s engagement session—I’ve got you covered! Here’s a quick rundown: Emily, an amazing Catholic school teacher, and Alex, a talented engineer, crossed paths on Facebook dating. Their first date unfolded at the oh-so-charming Baraccuda Coffee, a local coffee joint in Richland, WA. They quickly discovered an abundance of shared interests, solidifying their bond and making things official. Now, fast forward to their wedding day–we couldn’t resist stopping by the coffee shop, capturing some ridiculously cute photos of the lovebirds in their wedding attire. Trust me, it’s one of my favorite moments from their special day!
A ROMANTIC WEDDING DAY AT PROMISE GARDEN IN WASHINGTON STATE
Emily was giving me total Jane Austen vibes in her beautiful wedding dress—it was absolute perfection! Instead of the first-look tradition, they opted for a “first touch,” adding an extra layer of anticipation to their big day.
The ceremony itself took place at Christ the King Catholic Church, where they embraced the beauty of a traditional Catholic wedding. Right after the ceremony, we made a pit stop at Barracuda Coffee to snap a couple of photos, adding a personal touch that made the day even more special! Also, you’ve got to see the couple photos with Alex’s Mustang—I can’t even begin to describe how amazing they turned out. The reception was an absolute blast, full of laughter and joy, and we capped off the festivities with a jaw-dropping sparkler exit. It was an unforgettable day from start to finish!
